RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At Amrutsparsh, we strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the return and refund conditions below.


2. Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unopened.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and food compliance reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used personal care products (including hair oil and other herbal care products).
  • Opened food products, including Dhokla Premix.

Returns will only be accepted for such products if they were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Leaking
  • Defective
  • Incorrect item delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos and/or video evidence of the issue

After verification, we will offer either:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund, as applicable

Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.


5. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.

As we currently offer free shipping, no separate shipping charges are refunded.
If free shipping is withdrawn in the future, applicable shipping charges will be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


7. Return Shipping

If a return is approved (non-damaged cases):

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

In cases of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by Amrutsparsh.
