How to Prepare

Step 1 - Prepare for Steaming

Heat a vessel with water on the gas stove for steaming. Allow the water to start producing steam.

Step 2 - Make the Batter

In a bowl, mix 1 cup Dhokla Premix with 1 cup water. Add a little green chilli paste and stir well to form a smooth batter. Grease ar vessel with oil and pour the batter into it.

Step 3 - Steam

Immediately place the vessel in the steamer and cover with a lid. Steam: 5 minutes on high flame & 5 minutes on low flame
Allow it to cool slightly once cooked.

Step 4 - Serve

Cut the Dhokla into pieces and serve fresh.
