All orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders may not be processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

During high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, customers will be informed via email or phone.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India only.

At this time, international shipping is not available.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight
  • Applicable promotional offers

Free shipping, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the website.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Public holidays

Amrutsparsh is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS
  • Tracking details will be shared (if available)

Customers can use the tracking number to monitor delivery status.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Reshipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A leaking bottle
  • A missing item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution as per our Refund Policy.


8. Packaging

We take special care in packaging:

  • Herbal hair oil bottles securely to prevent leakage
  • Food premix products hygienically sealed

However, minor external packaging wear during transit does not qualify as damage.


9. Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Amrutsparsh is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural events.
